steve-yuiSteve YIU is Head of Town Planning at MTR Corporation and has 20 years of experience in initiating and managing the Corporation’s property development planning for transit-oriented developments which help railway funding under Hong Kong’s unique “rail-plus-property” model. Notable examples include the mixed-use development above Kowloon Station which is over one million square meters and features the city’s tallest, 118-storey building, and LOHAS Park, a 32 hectare high-rise garden city built over a railway depot and terminal station to house some 68,000 people.
