Stephen Prendiville, Infrastructure Professional, KPMG Canada

bioStephen is a member of the KPMG’s Global Infrastructure Advisory team. Originally from Ireland Stephen’s career has been principally involved in transportation and transit major infrastructure projects. He joined the Canadian team in 2011. He is a procurement and financial advisory specialist. Stephen advises local, provincial and federal governments as well as a number of private contractors on a range of transportation and transit related issues and topics, including major complex project deal structuring, financial advisory, procurement and contract execution. Key clients include Infrastructure Canada, Texas Department of Transportation, Metrolinx, City of Edmonton, City of Calgary, Province of New Brunswick, Alberta Infrastructure, Alberta Transport and the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.

Stephen is the Canadian Lead for KPMG’s Global Public Transport Network, representing Canadian transportation and transit issues in global forums and bringing best practice and lessons learned from Canada to global clients.
Stephen is a member of the Infrastructure Committee for the Toronto Region Board of Trade and is a regular conference speaker for transit and transportation issues in Canada.
