Mike Parker is EY’s US Infrastructure Advisory Leader and serves as Senior Managing Director of Ernst & Young Infrastructure Advisors, LLC, an SEC-registered Municipal Advisor. EY is an infrastructure market leader, known for helping clients to realize among the largest and most innovative projects in the country.
Mike and his practice advise clients on finance, procurement, business strategy, policy and public-private partnerships (PPP) for large-scale infrastructure projects and programs. He has more than 15 years of experience and has worked with public-sector clients on tens of billions of dollars of new and potential infrastructure. This includes helping Florida DOT finance and procure among the largest projects undertaken in Broward and Miami-Dade, including the Port of Miami Tunnel, I-595 Express and the Miami Intermodal Center at Miami Airport. Mike’s recent and current governmental clients include Departments of Transportation of Florida, Georgia, Ohio and Texas, New York’s Empire State Development Corporation, the Port Authority of NY & NJ, the University of California Regents and the San Francisco Bay Metropolitan Transportation Commission among others. He previously served as Managing Director of Jeffrey Parker & Associates (JPA) prior to its acquisition by EY.
Mike received his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Management from its Wharton School of Business. Outside of work, he supports the efforts of imaginative non-profit organizations and serves on the Advisory Board of an innovative public high school. Mike lives in Philadelphia, PA and is married with two children, ages 10 and 13.
