Marv has responsibility for US Business Development. In this development role, Marv assesses partners and opportunities which Plenary Group will pursue in order to meet its growth objectives for the United States market.
Marv has significant Public-Private Partnership (P3/PPP) experience in business and project development. Previously, he was the Director for Strategic Projects, responsible for structuring an approach to the P3 market in North America for an international facility management services provider. He developed a P3 team, and led it through 10 successful projects, building a backlog exceeding $1.5 billion in facility services revenue. In this role, he was also responsible for developing an integrated “Whole of Life” asset strategy for these facilities. Subsequently, Marv was in a senior management role with a Toronto based developer, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the firm, as well as leading pursuits for P3 projects.
In addition to Business and Project Development, most of Marv’s experience is in performance-based agreements, as well as Facility Management oversight.
Marv has a certificate in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a Masters in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto.
