Lindsey Frost is Gigabit City Lead at the Mozilla Foundation. As part of the Mozilla Learning Network team, Lindsey spearheads Mozilla’s National Science Foundation-supported effort to explore how high-speed networks can be leveraged for learning. This project began in Kansas City and Chattanooga in 2014 and will expand to three additional cities by 2018.
A native of the original Gig City of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Lindsey is passionate about empowering leaders and learners to read, write, and participate on the Web. A graduate of Columbia University, she has previously worked with the University of Tennessee, the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Public Education Foundation, and Toshiba America Foundation. Lindsey is also a founder of DEV DEV, Chattanooga’s citywide digital literacy initiative.
