Jo Flatt, Senior Project Manager, Mid-Size City Building Program, Evergreen

Jo is a Senior Program Manager at Evergreen, and leads the organization’s Mid-Sized Cities Program, a multiyear, interdisciplinary program that aims to help Ontario’s mid-size cities (MSCs) thrive. She works collaboratively with public, private and civic stakeholders across Ontario to deliver research and projects aimed at advancing public policy agendas that support the economic, social and environmental outcomes of mid-sized cities. Before joining Evergreen, Jo worked in urban sustainability consulting at The Next Practice. She is the Youth Chair for the Council of Canadian Urbanism. She completed her Masters at the University of Toronto’s School of Public Policy and Governance and an undergraduate degree in commerce at McGill University.
