Jason is the Director of Sales, Service & Marketing for Toronto and the GTA at General Motors of Canada, a role he has held since July 1, 2015. He is responsible for the development and execution of GM’s strategic plan to achieve its vision of success in Canada’s largest metropolitan area.
Jason started at GM as an engineer in the Oshawa Assembly Plant in 2004. From 2006 to 2014, he worked in public affairs and communications, building significant expertise from experiences both inside and outside the company. In 2014, Jason became GM Canada’s Director of Strategy and Business Transformation, and was responsible for leading strategy development, coordinating annual business planning, executing critical strategic initiatives, managing market research, leading business intelligence and analytics, as well as championing cultural change.
Jason holds a Master of Global Automotive and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
