Evi Mustel is the co-founder and one of the principals of Mustel Group. She has over 30 years experience in the social and marketing research industry. Under her leadership, the company has grown to one of Western Canada’s most respected research companies.
Mustel is a familiar media personality, appearing regularly on television, radio and in newspapers commenting on research findings and current event issues. Well-known and respected for her research expertise, she has been a guest speaker and presented workshops at national and regional conferences to various industry organizations and regularly teaches marketing research classes at local colleges and universities.
With extensive experience conducting research in virtually every sector of business, Evi has specialized expertise in communications testing and tracking, public affairs, and customer/stakeholder satisfaction. A hallmark of Evi’s expertise is high-level, “big picture” analysis and creativity in finding novel approaches and efficient research solutions.
Ms Mustel has extensive experience in all aspects of primary research including study design, implementation and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative research, and in the full range of methodologies, including web, telephone, personal/on-site, mail, and multi-method/multi-phased.
Her clients include provincial, regional and municipal governments, federal government agencies, public corporations, not-for-profit organizations, business and professional associations. Evi has designed and conducted studies on many of today’s most important economic, environmental and social issues. These studies provide clients with input to strategic marketing, communications and policy decision-making.
Ms Mustel is a Certified Market Research Professional (CMRP). She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from McMaster University and is a Director with the YMCA of Greater Vancouver, EasyPark, Vancouver Board of Trade and past Chair of the Vancouver Board of Trade’s Women’s Leadership Circle Advisory Council. She holds membership in the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA) and is a member of its Litigation and Regulatory Resource Committee.
