Eileen has been with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority since its inception in December 2006. In her current position as Director Airport Planning, she leads a team of professionals responsible to establish infrastructure development plans for Airport facilities in support of the GTAA’s business strategy and to preserve and enhance the capacity and integrity of the Airport’s airside, terminal and groundside systems. The division is also responsible for the development of the Airport Master Plan and associated Land Use Plan.
Eileen has held previous roles at Toronto Pearson, including with Transport Canada, in the areas of commercial development and terminal operations. Eileen routinely speaks at conferences and forums on airport planning, development and strategic investments.
Eileen received her B.A. Economics from University of Waterloo. Eileen frequently speaks at conferences and forums about airport planning, development and strategic transportation investments.
