Dolores Kruchten was named Vice President of the Eastman Business Park, rejoining Eastman Kodak Company, in August of 2015. In this position she is developing the 16 million square foot, 1200 acre park as a multi-tenant, high tech innovation accelerator campus. The campus’ asset’s benefit markets such as Energy, Food Processing, Chemical Processing and Photonics.
Prior to joining Kodak was as an Executive Director and President of the Information Management business (IM) of Kodak Alaris which is a private UK owned company created by a divesture from Eastman Kodak. Dolores was one of the three founding leaders of the $1.3 billion company.
Previous to Kodak Alaris, Dolores had a 30 plus year career at Eastman Kodak Company where she was a Corporate Officer of the Company and held numerous leadership positions in the company managing services, manufacturing, project management, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and software.
In addition to her business responsibilities, Dolores is energized by improving opportunities for people and is engaged in local non-profit organizations as a Director of United Way of Rochester and the Monroe Community College Foundation, she is also the Co-Chair of the 2016 Rochester American Heart Walk.
Dolores is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. She has been recognized for her accomplishments with the Distinguished Alumni from RIT, CRN Magazine, Woman of the Channel, Athena Award Finalist, Top 100 Women in the Channel, Diversity Journal, Woman Worth Watching, and received the International Business Stevie Award.
