Dan Seltzer is a Director in MUFG’s Structured Finance Project Finance team and focuses on arranging financings and executing advisory assignments across North America, primarily in the transportation infrastructure sector. Before joining MUFG in 2011, Dan founded Stonehill Capital Advisors, LLC, a boutique advisory and banking firm in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. Prior to starting his own firm, Dan spent more than 11 years at Citigroup. In his last role at Citi, Dan helped develop the Infrastructure Investment Banking group, where he lead M&A, equity, and debt transactions for private equity sponsors and pension funds directly investing in infrastructure assets across the Americas. Dan also served in banking roles in Citi’s Public Sector Group where he advised governments across the globe on private market efficiencies, and the Technology, Media and Telecom banking team where he arranged bank loan and bond financings for investment grade, leveraged, and distressed companies in the sector. Dan began his career as a systems consultant with CGI, formerly American Management Systems. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University at Albany, with a concentration in Finance and Management Information Systems.
