Cynthia Parpa is Director, Research and Analysis for Grosvenor. She is responsible for monitoring global real estate markets and big trends and focuses on indirect investment strategy and the commercial application of research. Cynthia recently co-authored a research paper on ‘Resilient Cities’ ranking 50 global cities by environmental and social resilience. She joined Grosvenor in 2005, originally as a senior analyst with Grosvenor Fund Management and joined the Global Research team in 2008. Cynthia has 15 years of real estate experience and holds an MBA and the IPF certificate. She also has experience in construction and development management and holds a degree in Civil Engineering. She is a member of the IPF and the ULI.
